They can be washed in washing machine because of the design as towel cloth of microfiber and thin natural rubber, with high watery on surface.

As per your mat, it’s 2mm thick and also ok for wash. Just we don’t recommend to wash it too often

For general maintenance, we suggest the ratio for vinegar to water of 1:20, wipe the surface of rubber, and air dry it. (please make sure incompletely dry).

We don’t suggest to use dryer
If you don’t use yoga mats in a long time, make sure dry them in the wind, and they must be kept in plastic bags to separate air.
Once the natural rubber yoga mats exposed in sunlight, air, or water, they will push rubber to oxidize and age earlier
